1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Shipping Rates Rubixsy offers a flat rate shipping fee for orders within Pakistan. Shipping rates may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. We will provide the total shipping cost during the checkout process, before you finalize your order.
1.2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3. Delivery Time Once your order has been processed, the delivery time for orders within Pakistan is typically 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors, such as weather conditions and customs clearance.
1.4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your order.
1.5. Responsibility for Customs and Duties For orders delivered within Pakistan, any applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price. However, Rubixsy is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs clearance, import duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities.
1.6. Undeliverable Packages If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package from the local post office, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.2. Return and Refund Eligibility You may return physical products (business cards, pamphlets, brochures, etc.) within 14 days of receiving them, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
Digital products and services, such as online advertising campaigns, social media management, and website design, are not eligible for returns or refunds once the work has commenced.
2.3. Refund Process Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
2.4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
